Returns & Exchanges

La Garçonne accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location and retain your tracking number; refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
